Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Premade Designs.

Everybody here at TacticalLionDesigns works relentlessly to build a digital product that will undoubtedly improve the aesthetic and production value of your stream.
Because our items are digital downloads, we do not authorise or provide refunds after they have been downloaded.
Please read and evaluate the contents of the design item carefully before purchasing.

If the item is materially identical to the description and preview and functions well, there is typically no duty to issue a refund in the following situations:

  • You purchased an item by accident;
  • Simply said, you alter your opinion;
  • You don’t want it after downloading it;
  • Your expectations were not met by the item;
  • You lack the necessary expertise to utilise the item;
  • The item is no longer accessible since it has been deleted (we advise you to download items ASAP to avoid this situation)
  • you solicit goodwill; or
  • While you are streaming, your computer is unable to run the designs.

Listing Errors

We make every attempt to accurately describe items, but we are human and make mistakes.
If we made an error in a listing description, we will gladly correct it.

Buyers Remorse

When a consumer has negative feelings after completing a purchase, such as guilt or dread, they are exhibiting symptoms of buyer’s remorse.
Just before you make a purchase, arm yourself with as much knowledge as possible and stand solid in your resolve.
Nothing may be returned if it “wasn’t liked” after purchase.
Despite our best efforts, it is always possible that some of the item descriptions might be wrong.
We’re pleased to accept returns if we made a mistake describing an item for sale, but we can’t take them back if you changed your mind or made other assumptions that weren’t mentioned in the listing.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item.
We will also tell you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are authorised, your refund will be processed and a credit will be sent to your credit card or original mode of payment within a set number of days.

Non received refunds (if applicable):

First, double-check your bank account if you still haven’t seen the reimbursement. Then you should contact your credit card company as the posting of your refund might take some time. The next step is to call your bank. A refund may take some time to appear in your account while it is being processed. Please contact us using the chat widget if you still have not recieved a refund after this.

Discounted items (if applicable):

To be eligible for a refund, an item must be regularly priced. All sales are final and no refunds will be given.
