Hell I was just happy they were a real company at first, not even realizing I was gonna want to tell someone how solid my experience was later on. You can grab free crap all over the net and get what comes with it or you can hire an Artist to do it for you, for pennies to the dollar as far as I’m concerned. I wanted something I thought of and not one time did anyone point me in a different direction. I had options to choose and given the opportunity to change something if needed. Problem was that I never needed it, I got what I asked for and when I wanted to add more it was “No problem”. I could go on but you get the point. David and Emma will make sure your happy. This was my first experience with tacticallion, I have used graphic designers previously for various projects but after a thorough look through their portfolio, I decided to go ahead and place my order for the Youtube & twitch graphics bundle. Firstly, Id like to express my full gratitude to Charlotte and Emma, these women were so incredibly welcoming and friendly that I instantly felt as if we were longtime friends. When you are spending time and money on something you care about its a really important aspect of the process to be familiar with each other. Secondly, they were so professional. They were attentive when helping me finalize my idea for the artwork, I felt bossy and nitpicky when changing things but they never once showed anything other than helpfulness which I found very comforting.

Furthermore, they sent me regular updates via email confirming delivery dates and expressing their excitement to show me what they have produced, this again comforted me with the knowledge that they 100% care about the work they create and know that it is good enough to be proud of, this is turn projected onto me and I also found myself becoming more and more excited to view the drafts. Finally, the artwork. WOW. I don't know what else to say. They completely and utterly nailed it. It was better than I ever imagined being, they obviously have a better imagination than I do since they blew me away with what they produced. Intelligent, creative, friendly, professional and responsive are the main words I would use for these artists. In truth I had been wanting to have a pro do my channel art for a while. And after a great deal of research I chose TacticalLion, and it was the best choice I could have made. The biggest thing for me is that they listen, they took all my comments and ran with them making the art and tools go beyond what I was hoping to accomplish. I have worked with other graphic design teams when I worked in another industry, and I can say that these guys are far superior, in making sure you get exactly what you want, right down to colors and tones. I can safely say that they are going to be only choice going forward.

Reached out to TL with very specific guidelines and they went above and beyond. Turnaround time was very quick, open to edits and direction, and the results are incredible. Manage clients new to streaming and the expertise and direction from TL was superb. Absolutely would recommend.

Last time I worked with a guy, sadly I can't remember his name (terrible memory sorry) and he was epic, he was very one and one with me and gave me some awesome advice on how the layout should look which I happily took on board. He sent me my first drafts 2 days later and I can't praise the guy enough, he really put his heart into my artwork and it showed. I hope I get to work with him again when I place my second order in the near future. I'm very excited to see what magic they produce this time.

I imagined this being difficult as I wasn't sure id be able to get my, more or less complex idea across through email. To my surprise, they set straight to work trying different themes and colors to match my ideas, when I didn't particularly get excited about the first couple of drafts they decided to approach it a different way, asking me a few easy to answer questions and explained they would be back in touch in a couple of days. Well, as they say, good things take time and this certainly did not disappoint! They completely nailed it! Placed my order, received an email giving me a delivery date, I went to work, did my day to day things, they sent me an email explaining they are still very much working on my order which I appreciated, then roughly 3 days after I placed the order they sent me my artwork, WOW amazing work! Tacticallion design was always a favorite of mine on Streamlabs so of course I went with them for my own custom overlays. Let me tell you, I gave minimum input and they shocked me with 3 AMAZING drafts that all had so many subtle but perfect elements. I gave a little input of what I liked with each and then BAM they floored me with the perfect overlay and alert set for me with a killer stinger transition. I will be back in the future if I need anything.

They made just what I wanted, even tho I didint know what I wanted. It took couple modifys to make perfect. But now when its done I can't see myself changing art for long time. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is that I paid for fast delivery and first versions came on fourth day. (Granted there was one worker sick.).

Think they did very well in picking a logo and theme I was satisfied without any need for revisions. The imagery felt a little bit regurgitated considering the time taken on the project, but I am sure they were also backed up from it being near Christmas and New Years. Also, it does make sense to have consistent imagery throughout. Would definitely recommend them for a first upgrade on a budget!

These guys really hit it out of the park. I was really nervous about going into this project not knowing if they could create something that I could relate to. They were able to put together a mascot and design that stands out and looks unique. With the art direction I submitted, they were able to zero in on exactly what I wanted. My graphic bundle was great. After the initial batch I wasn't too happy with some choices, and next day I had new graphics that I enjoyed much more. The artists are very polite and very attentive to your requests. Definitely recommended :D.

I honestly believe TacticalLionDesigns is one of the fastest and politest companies to work with when it comes to graphics design. I requested several things to be added as well as several changes to be made in a Skype chat and they were more than happy to oblige my requests. As far as the graphics go, mine were slightly repetitive but none-the-less gorgeous. I personally love the way it looks (so much so that I requested to have a panel on my stream for them). My overall rating is broken down into 4 categories. Time: 8/10. Could have been faster but that would have sacrificed on the design process. Not a big deal. | Graphics: 9/10. Searched around a few different websites before I found TacticalLion Designs and I'm so happy with my choice! I was worried this would be a long process as I initially had nothing in mind apart from 2 colors I liked, but they were so friendly in taking time to help me choose how I wanted my bundle to look. This review is long overdue! I'll make it short. The final product that I received was better then I imagined. I had very unique requests and they NAILED the execution of what I wanted. I was genuinely glad that I decided to give TacticalLion a shot! They do amazing work. It did take a little bit longer then advertised to get the product done. But the work they did pushes that aside, and I'm still willing to give them 5 stars because they deserve it!

High quality for very reasonable prices! I thought this was going to cost me a lot since I was previously quoted $200 for a single Logo design at a different company, but TacticalLion were fantastic!

I read a lot of reviews for tacticallion before I placed my order saying their orders took a while to arrive. My order took 7 days and all I can say is good things take time! I would prefer my order to take 7 days rather than whip something up in a day that isn't good quality. They obviously care about the work they produce and I respect that a lot.

I approached them via the live chat on the website and had a lovely conversation with James about the procedure and what was needed from me as I wanted to make sure what was happening before I bought the artwork since I've never done this before. I explained what I needed and for what platforms and James pointed me in the right direction of the Complete graphics bundle which is perfect for what I wanted. We came to a decision and I purchased the bundle, within 5 minutes I had some emails explaining the process and a time frame for a first draft delivery (to which they provided 5 separate options) I am so over the moon with the whole experience that I can't recommend them highly enough! I placed my order with a 5 day delivery period. I had 2 revisions between that time which they had no problem editing until I was happy, my final draft was delivered on the fifth day and on my twitch and other outlets within the hour. Awesome service, great turnaround and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic work! Only issue I had was communication. I would go 3-8 days without hearing something even after I messaged them, but besides that fantastic work!
